About Us

Commercial & Industrial Floors, Inc. was formed in 2008 to continue and expand the twenty-plus year mission of Ron’s Building Materials, founded in 1986.  We provide top quality commercial flooring and installation to the Southeastern U.S. 

Our Contract Sales Managers include Chris Keel, Dewayne Evans, and Matthew Larmore. Together they have in excess of 58 years of experience in commercial contract flooring. Chris has been with the organization since it began its venture into commercial flooring in the mid-nineties, and has been the primary contributor to its success. Dewayne has a career in commercial flooring that spans well over two decades. His depth of knowledge is difficult to surpass in the industry. Matthew also has twenty years of productive commercial flooring experience with loyal customers that will attest to his strong product knowledge and project management skills. Three great guys – each capable of ensuring a friendly, efficient, and effective flooring solution.

Leslie Guenther is our office manager.  She has several years of experience in the flooring industry and is well equipped to assist customers and suppliers with questions related to payables, receivables, and logistics.  Her  friendly can-do attitude, efficiency, and outgoing professional personality help make the company easy to do business with.

Dabney Maides has been president of the company since 2008. An Engineering graduate of NCSU (Go Pack!) he’s here to support the business and our customers in attaining the goal of a total quality contract commercial flooring experience.
